If you do HAVE to use them — and there are FAR better ways to spend your money.

Then MAKE SURE you:

1. HAVE AN OFFER on them!

2. HAVE A RESPONSE METHOD on them!

3. Have a DEADLINE on them!

That way at least they will pay their way…
