Hey…

My sale is over – and my Client Attraction System won’t be available for quite a while. We’re out of room for students – for now.

But I need your help.

I ran a survey a  year or so back to find out what the biggest challenges people like you are having in their salons and spas.

Here’s the list:

  • Lack of cash flow
  • Can’t pay bills
  • Inconsistent cash flow
  • Clients switching to competitors
  • Clients not coming back
  • Staff not booking people back in
  • Staff scared about up-sells
  • Seasonal cash flow changes
  • Not paying yourself enough
  • Can’t see how you can sell salon
  • Don’t want to be there all the time
  • End up spending money on marketing that doesn’t work
  • Confused about what does work
  • Haphazard results leads to stress
  • Stress
  • Lack of motivation
  • Worried about what will happens when you’re not there
  • Scared about what will happen if you’re not there
  • Worried about recession
  • Worried about the future
  • Struggle to plan for tax
  • Worry about tax bill

All seem fairly reasonable and they’re in no particuar order.

But I’m not convinced these are right and still applicable.

Are they?

I need YOUR HELP!

Please post what your biggest challenge is in the comments for this post.

I’m going to SOLVE the biggest one – FAST!

And don’t hold back.

If you’re fed up with health & safety bugging you about petty little annoyancs then WRITE SO in the comments.

Lack of money

3

Dee,

Is that a lack of money to do anything new?

A lack of revenue?

A lack of cash flow (i.e. sometimes you have some sometimes you don’t)?

A lack of take home income?

Or soemthing else?

I’d really appreciate it if you could be reall specific.

Makes it a lot easier to solve then…

Henry.

work work working and just making ends meet. cant get into that cofort zone , no surplus . I am using some of your marketing material but to do that properly is another full time job , I cant afford another employee .

5

My problem area is marketing that doesn’t work and getting clients to return and be consistent.

I understand.

The transisition from orking in your business to ON your business is a BIG one and THE most important thing you can do.

However, I KNOW you can’t just STOP and wait while you get things going and I KNOW you can’t just hire another staff member.

However there is ONE thing you can do which will solve ALL you cash flow problems and very quickly give you the time and space you need to focus on getting and keeping the best clients.

Keep your eyes peeled over the next few weeks.

I’ll be telling you what to do – and for FREE.

In the meantime focus on the BIG things first. Usually that is on an IMMEDIATE referral prgram. Use my stuff…

Best rgds, Henry.

Yep – I understand.

And you are NOT alone.

And it is NOT your fault.

As I said to Sadie below, keep your eyes peeled over the next few weeks!

A common challenge.

I once had a boss who said “If there’s enough gross – there’s bound to be some net around here somewhere”.

At the time I didn’t know any different but I can assure you it’s not necessarily true.

More gross is rarely an answer to anything.

Keep your eyes peeled over the next few weeks and I’ll give you some ideas of what to do.

Henry.
